This my second full year at OJR after I started teaching here in December of 2015.  This comes after 7+ years of teaching in the Phoenixville Area School District.  This year I will be teaching Driver Ed, Online Driver Ed, 9/10 PE, 11/12 PE, Weight Training/Conditioning and our newest elective CrossFit.  I also coach boys soccer, middle school wrestling, 9th grade girls lacrosse, and work with the crew team as their strength coach.

My teaching career started in the Reading School District where I was hired in the summer of 2005 to teach Health and PE at Northwest Middle School.  After teaching there for three years, I was hired to teach the same thing at Phoenixville Area Middle School in the summer of 2008.  In August of 2014, I accepted a new position at Phoenixville Area High School to teach PE and Fitness/Weight Training.  While at Phoenixville I coached girls soccer, boys lacrosse, and wrestling.

Outside of school I enjoy spending time with my wife Carly (Teacher at North Coventry) and my two daugthers Emersyn 7 and Delaney 5, being outside, running Spartan Races, coaching CrossFit, and CrossFitting myself.

This fall I am back in school as a full-time grad student at the University of Missouri working towards a Masters in Educational Psychology.
